JEPS (JATCO Excellent Production System)

자트코 자체 생산 방식  「JEPS」  는 시장 요구의 변화에 유연하게 대응하면서 품질 (Quality), 비용 (Cost), 납기 (Delivery) 의
모든 부분에서 세계 No.1의 Monozukuri를 목표로 하고 있습니다. 소재 공급, 가공, 조립, 검사, 출하에 이르는
일련의 공정을 하나의 라인처럼 가동시키는 것으로, 일체의 낭비를 배제하는 시스템입니다.

JEPS 혁신을 추진

JEPS의 기본 개념은   「고객에게 무한한 동기화」   와    「과제의 끝없는 표면화와 개혁」   의 두 가지로 집약되어 있습니다.
이러한   「끝이 없는 두 가지」   를 추구하기 위해 자트코는   「5 개의 제로」   를 명확한 지표로 정하고 그 실현을 목표로
JEPS의 개선을 계속하고 에너지 절약 · 자원 절약을 추진하고 있습니다.

 「끝이 없는 두 가지」  에 대한 활동

1. 고객에게 무한한 동기화
Q : 품질의 동기화, 요구하는 품질을 만들어 넣는다
C : 비용의 동기화, 고객에게 저렴하게 제공한다
D : 시간 동기화, 제품의 기획에서 제품화까지의 시간을 단축하여 고객에게 가까워지는 위의 세 가지 동기화를 추구합니다.
2. 과제의 끝없는 표면화와 개혁
세계 제일의 Monozukuri를 목표로 하여 "바람직한 모습"과 현재의 차이를 인식한 후, 지금까지 표면에 나오기 어려웠던
과제를 가시화합니다. 개선 · 개혁을 반복함으로써 제조업의 구조를 지속적으로 향상시키고 있습니다.

생산되고 있으며, 어느 거점에서도 동일한 품질을 확보할 수 있으므로, 각 시장의 수요 변동에 유연하게 대응할 수 있습니다.

JATCO Korea Service Corporation, established in 2004, serves sales and quality assurance service functions in the Korea market. It plays a part in responding to the needs of customers in the Korea market in a timely manner, from a location that is close to them.

Moscow representative office / Togliatti representative office

Moscow, Togliatti

The Togliatti representative offi ce established in 2012 and the Moscow representative office established in 2013 mainly serve the functions of market research, quality assurance, and sales. In addition to the Russian market, they also capture customer needs in the wide European market, and respond to those needs in a timely manner

JATCO (Thailand) Co., Ltd.

Chonburi

JATCO (Thailand) Co., Ltd., established in 2011, is a production facility that seeks to respond to the needs of the ASEAN market, which is experiencing dramatic growth. Production operations commenced in 2013. The production plant has an annual production capacity of 500,000 units, and it will continue to increase this capacity in the future.

JATCO Mexico, S.A. de C.V.

Aguascalientes

JATCO Mexico, S.A. de C.V., was established in 2003 and commenced production in 2005 as a production facility that supplies products to the North American market. Alongside with the growth in automotive demand in the North American market as well as globally, the facility has expanded its production scale. In 2014, the second plant commenced production. Together with the first plant, the facility now produces 1.7 million units per year.

JATCO France SAS

Paris, France, and Barcelona, Spain

JATCO France SAS, established in 2003, serves functions including development, testing, market research, quality assurance services, and sales. It collects road information that is unique to Europe as well as customer opinions and feeds these back into the product planning and development processes. Along with JATCO’s Russia offi ces, JATCO France SAS serves as an important base for capturing the needs of European markets.

JATCO Korea Engineering Corporation, established in 1998, serves functions that facilitate all development work, from design to testing. In particular, it plays an indispensable and important role in JATCO’s product development in the area of computer analysis, which it has expertise in.

JATCO (Guangzhou) Automatic Transmission Ltd., established in 2007, commenced production in 2009 with the aim of supplying products to the Chinese market, one of the largest markets in the world. It has strengthened production capability rapidly to match the growth of the Chinese market, and today, has grown to become a production plant with a capacity of 1 million units per year. In addition to production, it also serves functions including development, market research, quality assurance, and sales and has developed systems that enable it to respond promptly to the needs of the Chinese market.

Michigan, Tennessee

JATCO USA, Inc., established in 1997, serves functions such as development, testing, and quality assurance services. It is active in the North American arena, which is the largest market in the sector. From the bitter cold of Alaska to the scorching heat of Arizona, it provides support for development aimed at offering the best transmission systems to the massive North American market.
